1. Multi-tip design
– Each pump is equipped with four suction heads, distributed in the center and corners of the pump pit (high standby rate, wide suction range, and reduced sedimentation in the pump pit).
– Advantages: No need to embed fixed supports. Simply place it in the pit, connect the water outlet pipe, and it's ready to operate. Maintenance is convenient.
2. Anti-siltation mixing system
– The bottom of the main suction head is integrated with a stirrer to agitate the sediment and prevent siltation; some models are equipped with a metal cutter, which can crush fibrous impurities (gloves, rags, etc.).
3. Compact double-suction centrifugal structure
– Adopting an open impeller design, it allows the passage of solid particles up to 15mm in size, with an instantaneous concentration tolerance of 30% to 45%.
– There are two types of bearing layouts:
• Equipped with a bearing housing, ensuring high stability.
• Upper and lower bearings + mechanical seals, with small shaft swing, reducing the overall height by 330mm.

– Dual-channel tandem tungsten carbide mechanical seal (continuous operation ≥ 8000 hours), with the pump shaft utilizing high-quality carbon steel cold-drawing process.
